Invitation to Bid Furnishing and Delivery of Chemicals The Swansea Water District requests sealed bids for the Furnishing and Delivery of Chemicals for the 2027 Fiscal Year (July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027) in accordance with the specifications, a copy of which may be obtained at the District Office between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. Bids will be received at the Swansea Water District office, 700 Wilbur Avenue, Swansea, Massachusetts, with the name and address of the bidder and the words "Bid for Furnishing and Delivery of Chemicals for the 2027 Fiscal Year", on the envelope, until Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 6:15 p.m. at which time all bids received shall be opened and publicly read aloud. The District's Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any and all bids if it is deemed to be in the best interest(s) of the District.
