Invitation to Bid – Honesdale Borough Sealed proposals will be received by Honesdale Borough Council at Borough Hall, 958 Main Street, Honesdale, PA 18431 until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time on July 16, 2026, for The Terrace Heights Area Stormwater Upgrade Project. Plans specifications, form of contract and proposal forms may be viewed at Borough Office, 958 Main Steet, Honesdale. Documents will be available starting on July 1, 2026. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the amount of the bid, made payable to Honesdale Borough. All proposals must be upon forms furnished by Honesdale Borough. A plan deposit fee of $100.00 which shall be returned if plans in good condition are returned to the Borough. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the bid is required by the successful bidder. Additional bid requirements are outlined in the bid package. Bids will be opened publicly at the Honesdale Borough Office, 958 Main Street, Honesdale, PA 18431, July 16th, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, reserving to the municipality the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof or waive any defects or irregularities in bids at the July monthly meeting of Honesdale Borough Council.
