Invitation to Bid ITB #25/26-02 PWP# WA-2026-043 The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) Contracts & Procurement Department, in accordance with the provisions of NRS Chapter 338, is currently accepting sealed Bids from qualified Contractors, per NRS §338.1382 and licensed to work in the State of Nevada, to replace the roof and provide the administration, facilities, materials, equipment, labor, services, and expertise necessary to integrate the work into the total building system so that no leakage into the roof system or building occurs, ancillary work associated with the Project, and to provide all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, transportation services, permits and fees, utilities required, and all incidental items necessary to provide the scope of work entitled "Aircraft Rescue & Fire Fighting (ARFF) Facility Roof Replacement." A non-mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 2:00 PM [PDT] on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 1805 Riley Avenue, Reno, NV 89502. A project site tour will immediately follow the Pre-Bid meeting. All sealed Bids must be received and time stamped by the RTAA Contracts & Procurement Department, 2770 Vassar Street, Reno, NV 89502 by no later than 2:00 PM [PDT], Tuesday, October 21, 2025. Bids will be opened immediately following the deadline. Solicitations and addenda are available online at the Nevada Government eMarketplace (NGEM) website: https://nevada.ionwave.net/.
