Invitation to Bid ITB #25/26-09 PWP #WA-2026-143 The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) Contracts & Procurement Department, in accordance with the provisions of NRS Chapter 338, is currently accepting sealed Bids from qualified Contractors, per NRS §338.1382 and licensed to work in the State of Nevada, to perform pavement reconstruction work, including drainage improvements, on the west Airfield Maintenance yard, ancillary work associated with the Project, and provide all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, transportation services, permits and fees, utilities required, and all incidental items necessary to provide the Scope of Work entitled "Airfield Maintenance Yard Pavement Reconstruction - Phase 2." A non-mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM [PST] on Monday, January 12, 2026 at 2770 Vassar Street, Reno, NV 89502. A project site tour will immediately follow the Pre-Bid meeting. All sealed Bids must be received and time stamped by the RTAA Contracts & Procurement Department, 2770 Vassar Street, Reno, NV 89502 by no later than 2:00 PM [PST], Tuesday, February 3, 2026.
