Invitation to Bid - Legal Notice Project: North Road Terminal Phase II - Interior Renovations (ITB # 2026-006) Invitation to Bid ("ITB") submission must be received electronically by the City of Naples Airport Authority through www.demandstar.com no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. General Project Description (for detailed description, please refer to the full ITB document): The City of Naples Airport Authority, a dependent special district and political subdivision of the State of Florida (the "Authority") seeks proposals from qualified vendors for this project that involves modernizing the terminal's interior through phased renovations designed to enhance functionality, durability, and the overall customer experience. The scope of work includes selective demolition, upgraded finishes, casework and furnishings, and improvements to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. All construction activities will be carefully coordinated to ensure uninterrupted airport operations throughout the project duration. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting followed by a Site Visit will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. local time at the General Aviation Terminal (GAT), 2nd Floor Larson Conference Room, 160 Aviation Drive North, Naples, FL, 34104.
