Curtis WTP - Raw Water Pump Replacement Wharton-Smith, Inc. is the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the OB Curtis Water Treatment Plant – Raw Water Pump Replacement Project to be performed for JXN Water. You are invited to submit a competitive bid for the Bid Package defined herein. We are soliciting proposals from qualified firms for the bid packages that have been developed for this project scope of work.
