Invitation to Bid
Union Mission, Inc is requesting bids for a new Resource Center that partners with people to end their homeless, "Union Mission Intake Center, 702 West Oglethorpe Avenue, Savannah GA 31401."
Sealed bids will be received at the architect's office, Felder & Associates, located at 1020 Drayton Street, Suite 200, Savannah, GA 31401, until 2:00 pm September 30th, 2025. Bids received on or after that date and time will be rejected and not considered. The method of delivery of the bid is outlined in the Invitation to Bid.
A mandatory walkthrough will be held from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on September 9th, 2025, at 702 West Oglethorpe Avenue, Savannah, GA 31401. Later access may be arranged for subcontractor walk-through through the Owner's Representative.
The Owner's Representative is Cat Sinclair, Project Manager for Brian Felder and Associates LLC (Tel) 912-777-3979, cathryn@felderassociates.net. The Architect is Felder & Associates, 1020 Drayton St., Suite 200, Savannah Georgia, 31401, (Tel) 912-777-3979. The Engineer is Method Engineering, 1020 Drayton St., Suite 101, Savannah Georgia, 31401, (Tel) 912-963-1611.
Invitation to bid packages and architectural project documents may be purchased (non-refundable) and printed at Savannah Blueprint Company, 11 East York Street, phone 912-232-2162.
All bidders and all Bids submitted shall be subject to and comply with Union Mission, Inc. Procurement Policy No. FS01.0004.
Union Mission, Inc will require bonding at no less than 5% of the base bid as outlined in the Invitation to Bid.
Union Mission, Inc. reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept any bid, to reject any bid, to reject all bids, or to negotiate contract terms with one or more bidders when such is deemed to be in the best interest of Union Mission, Inc.
