Bid Documents: You must obtain a bid package in order to bid this project. The bid packages will be distributed electronically upon request. Pre-Qualifications: All bidders not previously pre-qualified must pre-qualify by 2:00 PM on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. All bidders of record will be notified when meeting specifics are finalized. Bid Receipt: Sealed bids will be received by the Construction Manager until the deadline of 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at the office of Mad Dog Construction, 1203 Miccosukee Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32308.
