Invitation to Bid

Invitation to Bid Americana World Community Center (AWCC), a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, is accepting sealed bid proposals for an addition, exterior renovation and interior renovation of the three-story covenant building located on its campus on Southside Drive to create a healthcare facility and to renovate offices. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the project site, AWCC at 4801 Southside Dr., Louisville, Kentucky, at 2:30 pm on Thursday, January 22, 2026. Proposals will be accepted at the AWCC reception desk until until 2:00 pm ET on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 when a public a bid opening will be held. Bidders must be present at the bid opening. Bid documents are prepared by PICKETT/ PASSAFIUME / ARCHITECTS, PLLC will be available on Monday, January 19, 2026 at Lynn Imaging Plan Room at www.lynnimaging.com. AWCC reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in bids received where such acceptance, rejection, or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the Owner.
