Invitation to Bid Anderson Construction Company of North Florida (CGC1516755), the Construction Manager, will receive sealed bid proposals from pre-qualified subcontractors for Bay District Schools West Bay Elementary Gymnasium, 14813 School Drive, Panama City, FL 32413 for the following scope of work: Scope of work consists of a new 4392 SF indoor play facility on an assembly (A-3) type IIB construction building consisting of a structure of pre-engineered metal building containing cold formed metal framing interior partitions. Sealed Subcontractor & Vendor Bid Proposals will be received until 2:00 pm Central Time on April 16, 2026, at Bay County School Board, 1311 Balboa Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401. Bid proposals shall be broken out into the applicable categories listed above. Pre-Bid Site Visit will be held on March 26, 2026, 10:00 am Central Time at the project site, located at 14813 School Drive, Panama City, FL 32413. Make sure any & all attendees are badged with Bay District Schools or they will be denied access on school campus.
