Invitation to Bid JFM Real Estate, Construction Manager & General Contractor for the "Broome County KinderCare" Daycare Facility located at the Oakdale Commons, 601 Harry L Drive Johnson City, NY 13790, is seeking proposals from all interested subcontractor bidders for all noted SUBCONTRACTOR TRADES. Project consists of a full renovation and turn-key interior build-out and exterior playground for approximately 18,500 SF of Daycare Space. JFM Real Estate is acting as the Construction Manager / General Contractor for this project and is only accepting subcontractor bids. PROJECT NOTES: Project is a tax exempt Non-prevailing wage Special Emphasis MWBE Requirements - The Minorty & Women Owned Business Enterprises utilization goal is 30%. All Qualified MWBEs are stongly encouraged to submit bids. Construction Start Date – April 6, 2026Completion Date – January 31, 2027 Include all necessary labor costs and shift work to complete the project by the completion date Building permit and special inspections by JFM Real Estate Bid Due Date: MARCH 31, 2026 at 2:00 pm for private opening.
