Invitation to Bid
Greater Easton Development Partnership will receive ELECTRONIC sealed bids for the construction of their Community Bike Works facility located at 921 Spruce St, Easton, PA 18042 through the Construction Manager's bidding platform, Pipeline. This project is partially funded through HUD and associated requirements apply.
Work included will be bid in the following prime contracts:
• PC-1: Site Work & Building Excavation
• PC-2: Concrete
• PC-3: Demolition
• PC-4: Miscellaneous Metals
• PC-5: Interior Carpentry/General Trades
• PC-6: Overhead Doors
• PC-7: Painting
• PC-8: Aluminum, Glass, and Glazing
• PC-9: Flooring
• PC-10: HVAC
• PC-11: Plumbing
• PC-12: Electrical
Sealed bids are to be submitted electronically in Pipeline no later than 1:00 p.m. EST, July 27th, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 11 a.m. EST, June 29th, 2026, onsite at 921 Spruce St, Easton, PA 18042. All bid RFIs and substitutions must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. EST, July 6th, 2026.
Bid documents will be made available electronically via Pipeline by Laura Lansberry (laura.lansberry@butz.com) and/or Morgan Thomas (morgan.thomas@butz.com) at Alvin H. Butz, Inc. Bidding documents MUST be secured and registered directly from the Construction Manager to be considered a qualified bidder. Documents will be made available on Monday, June 22nd, 2026.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid.
Performance Bond and a Labor Material and Payment Bond will be required from the lowest responsible bidders.
