Invitation to Bid Roof Replacement Project, 6450 Five Points Parkway The Development Corporation of Abilene is accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the roof replacement project at 6450 Five Points Parkway, Abilene, Texas (Wesco Building). The project involves the installation of a TPO overlay over the existing modified bitumen roof on the north section of the building, covering approximately 130,000 square feet and including approximately 250 skylights. A mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at 6450 Five Points Parkway, Abilene, Texas. Attendance is required in order to submit a bid.
