Invitation to Bid: Sault Ste. Marie APS Bond Multi-Purpose Room Renovation Project Description The project will consist of renovations to multiple areas at the SSMAPS High School. This includes a complete renovation of the Gym Locker Rooms & Bathrooms, a new ADA compliant Stair and Elevator, the conversion of the existing pool area into a new multi-purpose/gymnasium room, and renovations to the 2nd floor gym mezzanine space. Construction is anticipated to start May 2026 and be completed January 2027 The Construction Manager is utilizing Procore's project management software as the repository for all bid documents, construction documents, and related correspondence for this project. This includes, but is not limited to, notices, drawings, specifications, project manuals, addenda, bid clarifications, etc. It is each bidder's responsibility to ensure they retrieve all bid documents issued for this project.
