Invitation to Subcontractors to Prequalify Kaufman Lynn Construction, as the Construction Manager for the School District of Palm Beach County, is inviting trade contractors and suppliers to prequalify for bidding the following facilities renovation and repair projects: Jupiter MS: School Board Project # 1731-7190 Lincoln ES: School Board Project # 0211-7100 Dwyer HS School Board Project # 2201-7190 Olympic Heights School Board Project # 2181-7190 The project scopes vary, but generally consist of Compliance, Fire/Life/ Safety, HVAC Systems Rehabilita­tion, acoustical ceiling replace­ment, flooring, roofing, earthwork and sidewalks, ADA Compliance, Waterproofing, Gutters and Down­spouts, Electrical, Plumbing. School District of Palm Beach County certified SB E subcontractors and vendors are strongly encouraged to participate. Only prequalified trade contractors can submit bids for the project.
