Ithaca Youth Bureau Entrance Door Replacement

Ithaca Youth Bureau Entrance Door Replacement Sealed bids for the Ithaca Youth Bureau Entrance Door Replacement, will be received by the Office of the City Controller of the City of Ithaca, 108 East Green Street, Ithaca, NY 14850 until 2:00 PM, Tuesday January 13, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. This is a single-prime contract project that will consist of all work associated with the General Construction Contract. There will be a pre-bid meeting at 2:00 pm on Monday December 29, 2025 at the Ithaca Youth Bureau. The BID PACKAGE, consisting of the Advertisement for Bids, Agreement for Contractor Services, Insurance Information, Drawings With Specifications, Non-collusion Certification, Iran Divestment Act Certification, and any future Addenda may be downloaded / printed from the City's Website at: www.cityofithaca.org/bids Bid Security and Contract Security requirements as follows: BID SECURITY Bid security shall be required for this contract in the form of a Bid Bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bidder's maximum Bid price payable to the Owner. No bidder shall withdraw any bid within forty-five (45) days after the date of bid opening. CONTRACT SECURITY A Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, with a corporate surety approved by the owner, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract. When the Successful Bidder delivers the executed Agreement to Owner, it must be accompanied by the required performance and payment Bonds, insurance certificates and corporate authorization to sign the contract.
