JOINT BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS TOWNSHIP OF BRICK NOTICE OF SOLICITATION FOR QUOTATIONS – AUDITING SERVICES PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq., the Joint Board of Fire Commissioners, Township of Brick, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey (the "Joint Board"), is seeking quotations for auditing services under a fair and open process. Sealed quotations will be received by the Joint Board on May 7, 2026, at 12:15 p.m. prevailing time at the Joint Board Office located at 253 Brick Boulevard, Brick, New Jersey, after which the quotations will be opened and publicly read by the Joint Board Clerk or designee. All quotations must be received by the Joint Board Clerk or designee no later than the opening date and time as set forth above. Any quotation received after, whether by mail or otherwise, will not be considered. The Joint Board recommends that quotations be hand delivered to the Joint Board Office at the address set forth above. All quotations shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with the designation "Auditing Services" clearly marked on the outside. Quotations may not be faxed, transmitted over the telephone or emailed. The Joint Board assumes no responsibility for delays in any form of carrier, mail or delivery service causing the quotation to be received untimely. Quotations mailed shall be to the attention of the Joint Board of Fire Commissioners, Township of Brick, 253 Brick Boulevard, Brick, New Jersey 08723, and must be received on or before May 7, 2026, at 12:15 p.m. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) is on file in the Joint Board Office at the address set forth above and is available to prospective proposers during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., or by contacting jointboard@brickfire.org.
