JOINT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR AUDIT SERVICES Lane Education Service District is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified independent certified public accounting firms to audit of the financial statements of Lane Education Service District, Blachly School District, Marcola School District, McKenzie School District, and South Lane School District for a three year period beginning with the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, with an option to extend for an additional two years. Details of this joint solicitation are available on www.oregonbuys.gov. Firms may submit proposals to provide services for one or more of the Districts included in this solicitation. Proposals are due by 4:00 PM PST on December 4, 2025. Late proposals will not be considered. The Districts reserve the right to (1) reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, (2) waive informalities in the proposals, and (3) reject for good cause any or all proposals that are not in the best interest of the Districts.
