Roll Call Members present Tom Cope, James Evans, Rhonda Martin, Suresh Reddy, Bryan Burkhardt 3. Discussion Items A. Building Condition and Space Needs Study – Overview and Library Walkthrough Library Director Holly Sealine addressed the Council regarding the study process and conducted a tour of the building along with OPN Architect Joe Feldmann. Following the tour, Feldmann and Sealine reviewed the purpose of the study, what the process could look like moving forward, and answered questions from the Council. The Council noted that they would like to continue discussions to ensure that the Library continues to provide services to the community well into the future. 4. Closing of Meeting A.
