Krasnow in the above captioned matter requesting that the court: Terminate the Guardianship The petition asks the court to make a determination that the Guardian should be allowed to resign, or should be removed for good cause; or that the Guardianship is no longer necessary and therefore should be terminated. The original petition is on file with the court. You have the right to object to this proceeding.
