Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) Public Meeting Jefferson County KY 1819 (Watterson Trail) Roadway Improvements Item 5-00373.00 Thursday, Jan. 15, 2026 5 - 7 p.m. Middletown City Hall 11803 Shelbyville Road Louisville, KY 40243 The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) will hold a public meeting Thursday, Jan. 15, 2026, to inform residents and gather input on a roadway improvement project (Item No. 5-00373.00) for KY 1819 (Watterson Trail) in Jefferson County from Plantside Drive to Blankenbaker Parkway. The meeting will be an open-house event held from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Middletown City Hall, 11803 Old Shelbyville Road, Louisville, KY 40243. Those interested may drop in any time to review preliminary designs, discuss designs with the project team, and provide input. There will be no formal presentation. Input received from the public meeting and survey efforts will be compiled and considered during the final design phase. All written comments will become part of the official meeting record. Once compiled, the meeting record and supporting documentation will be made available for review and copying only after an Open Records Request has been received and approved.
