A copy of the Notice is available at www.elicense.ohio.gov. The Notice states that the State Medical Board of Ohio intends to determine whether or not to take disciplinary action against her license to practice medicine and surgery in Ohio due to alleged violations of the Administrative Rules for Physician's Delegation of Medical Task. Dr. Khawaja is entitled to a hearing in this matter if such hearing is requested within thirty (30) days of the publication of this notice. Dr. Khawaja may appear at such hearing in person, by her attorney, or by such other representative permitted to practice before this agency, or she may present her position, arguments or contentions in writing.
