The Property is owned by Marden Realty, LLC. The Applicant seeks approval of a Waiver of Site Plan in connection with the construction and use of an approximately 2,048 square foot enclosed pole barn structure to be utilized for special events, performances, and related brewery activities, together with any and all other variances, waivers, permits, approvals, and relief that may be required.
