LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT PROPOSAL FOR: "ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES" The Edgewater Housing & Redevelopment Authority is soliciting written proposals from Contractors to provide electrical maintenance services for the period of one year commencing January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The specifications, form of proposal and contract may be obtained at the offices of the Housing Authority located at 300 Undercliff Avenue Edgewater, NJ 07020, during the hours of 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday, telephone (201) 943-6000. Copies may be obtained by paying a non-refundable fee of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per packet. Cash or check made payable to: Edgewater Housing & Redevelopment Authority.
