LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT PROPOSAL FOR: "INSTALLATION OF FLOORING IN VACANT APARTMENTS ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS" The Housing Authority of the Borough of Cliffside Park is soliciting written proposals from Contractors to provide services for the "Installation of Flooring in Vacant Apartments on an as needed basis for the period of one year commencing January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The specifications, form of proposal and contract may be obtained at the offices of the Housing Authority located at 500 Gorge Road Cliffside Park, NJ 07010, during the hours of 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, telephone (201) 941-0655. Copies may be obtained by paying a non-refundable fee of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per packet.
