LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT PROPOSAL FOR: "INSTALLATION OF FLOORING IN VACANT APARTMENTS ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS" The Housing Authority of the Borough of Edgewater is soliciting written proposals from Contractors to provide services for the "Installation of Flooring in Apartments on an as needed basis" for the period of 1 years, commencing January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The specifications, form of proposal and contract may be obtained at the offices of the Housing Authority located at 300 Undercliff Avenue, Edgewater, NJ 07020, during the hours of 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, telephone (201) 943-6000. Copies may be obtained by paying a non-refundable fee of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per packet.
