LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT PROPOSAL FOR: "AUTOMATIC DOORS MAINTENANCE SERVICES" The Housing Authority of the Borough of Cliffside Park is soliciting written proposals from firms to provide Automatic Doors Maintenance Services for the period of one year commencing May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027. The specifications, form of proposal and contract may be obtained at the offices of the Housing Authority located at 500 Gorge Road, Cliffside Park, NJ 07010, during the hours of 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, telephone (201) 941-0655. Copies may be obtained by paying a non-refundable fee of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per packet.
