LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Queen Creek, Arizona will receive sealed Proposals for On-Call Professional Services - Estimating Services RFQ No. 26-020. Project Summary: The Town intends to use the Request for Qualifications to create a pre-qualified selection list for Capital Project Construction Cost Estimating Services. The selected firms may be tasked with providing construction cost estimates for: Roadway projects, including bridges and other structures. Parks projects General civil site improvement projects Drainage improvement projects New building construction projects Building remodel and renovation projects Water and wastewater distribution projects Water and wastewater tank and booster station projects Water and wastewater treatment projects Lighting systems Landscape projects It is anticipated that estimates will be prepared for projects at all stages of development from concept through those with complete designs. It is anticipated that the selected firms will work with Town staff to develop full assumptions, graphics and estimates for projects providing definition and background for each. The awarded firms will be provided the Town's approved materials and product lists for traffic engineering and signals, water, sewer and irrigation systems and are expected to incorporate these into each estimate that is being provided. Proposals: The Town will accept sealed proposals on or before 3:00 P.M. local time on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 through the link provided in the Request for Qualifications No. 26-020. Immediately thereafter responses will be electronically opened and the name of each Respondent will be posted to the Town's e-procurement platform OpenGov on the project page. Proposals must include all information items listed in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Proposals received after the date and time prescribed for the opening of proposal, or not submitted in the designated manner, will not be accepted, opened, or considered. NO EMAILED, FAXED, MAILED OR HAND-DELIVERED SUBMITTALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Documents can be obtained from the Town of Queen Creek's E-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/queencreekaz Each Proposal shall be in accordance with specifications and instructions contained therein.
