LEGAL NOTICE 106 Constellation Road Marshfield, MA TOWN OF MARSHFIELD CONSERVATION COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In compliance with the Regulations of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the "Wetlands Protection Act", and Code of the Town of Marshfield, Chapter 294 Wetlands Protection, a public hearing will be held by the Marshfield Conservation Commission on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. in the Select Board's Chamber, 2nd Floor, Town Hall, 870 Moraine St., Marshfield, to consider the Notice of Intent filed by: Roman and Svetlana Rosales, 38 Birchwood Street, West Roxbury, M.A. to elevate an existing single-family home on a new FEMA compliant foundation within buffer zone to a bordering vegetated wetland and land subject to coastal storm flowage at 106 Constellation Road, Marshfield, MA (K11-19-02) (sam). The public hearing will be conducted at the Marshfield Town Hall, Select Board's Chamber, 2nd Floor, 870 Moraine Street, Marshfield, Massachusetts. The Commission also informs the public that this public hearing may be conducted remotely as a consequence of the current public health emergency. The applicant and all interested parties are advised to check the Town website and/or Conservation Commission homepage for additional information and details.
