John Gotti, Enid Bidou, Patricia Laughlin, Wade Cyrus, Dr. Scott Secrest, Marsaya Toth, Kristen Swallwo, Charles M. Mcelwee, Kay Englehard, Richard M. Holdren, Beverly J. Hendrickson, Nicholas A. Holdren, and Gina R. Holdren, whose addresses are unknown and who appear to have some interest in the mineral rights associated with the property more fully identified below, notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of February, 2026, Megan Gary and Brandon Gary, the owners of property located at 8338 Church Lane, Pleasant City, Ohio 43722, by deed recorded by the Guernsey County Recorder on May 10, 2023, in document number 202300003005, filed a Civil Complaint with the Guernsey County Common Pleas Court located at 801 Wheeling Ave #E, Cambridge, OH 43725, titled Megan Gary, et al, v Nancy S. Hasket, et al, Guersey County Common Pleas Case No. 26CV000055. Said lawsuit is a partition action pursuant to ORC 5303.01, seeking to quiet title to and sever all ownership rights in the mineral interests on/under, pursuant to ORC 2721.03, the following described property which is situated in Pleasant City, Guernsey County, Ohio, more properly identified as follows:

Situate in the Township of Valley, in the County of Guernsey, and State of Ohio:
And being the south half of the east half of the Northwest Quarter of Section One (1) of Township Nine (9) of Range Ten (10) containing thirty-six and sixty-nine hundredths (36.69) acres be the same more or less.
It is understood by and between the former grantors and said grantees that the grantors shall have a road for ingress and egress to the above described tract of land at all times and for all purposes, and said right of road shall belong to the said grantees.
Also expecting from the above tract all coal, oil, and gas in and underlying the same with rights thereto belonging to former grantors.
It is further agreed by and between former grantors and grantees that said grantors shall have a right of way through the above described tract of land to the forty (40) acres that lays south of the above described tract.

Situated in the Township of Valley, County of Guernsey, State of Ohio and being 1.035 acres, more or less, in the northwest quarter of Section 1 of Township 9 north Range 10 west of the Congress Lands east of the Soloto River and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a 30 Inch Red Oak tree found at the southeast corner of the northwest quarter of said Section 1; thence with the east line of said northwest quarter N 00 deg. 56' 29" E a distance of 1261.76 feet to a 24 Inch Ash tree having passed through a one Inch rebar set at 2.00 feet; thence leaving said east line N 88 deg. 58' 30" W a distance of 1011.38 feet to an Iron pln set the
BEGINNING; thence with a new division line through the lands of Michael and Rosa Huth as recorded in Deed Volume 358, page 683 the next two calls:
1) S 11 deg. 39' 14" E a distance of 245.31 feet to an iron pln set.
2) S 81 deg. 43' 28" W a distance of 141.21 feet to a point in the center of Township Road 2355 having passed through an Iron pin set at 112.40 feet; thence continuing with said new division line and with the center of said Township Road he next two calls'
1) N 23 deg. 18' 13" a distance of 213.30 feet to a point.
2) N 28 deg. 05' 23" W a distance of 86.21 feet to a point; thence with the land of Nancy Sue Heskett as recorded in Deed Volume 302, page 953 S 86 deg. 58' 32" E a distance of 215.46 feet to the BEGINNING having passed through an iron pin set at 20.00 feet and containing 1.035 acres, more or less and being part of the property conveyed in Deed Volume 358, page 683 of the Deed Records of Guernsey County, Ohio, and being a part of the Auditor' Parcel #38-00255.
Subject to all leases or easements of public records, Iron pins set at 5/8 Inch rebar, 30 inches long capped "GARDNER LS-6884". Bearings are true and are based on a solar observation. A survey of the above described property was made on August 18, 1993, by Steven L. Gardner, Registered Surveyor #6884.
EXCEPTING from the above described tract all coal, oil, and gas in and underlying said tract, together with all rights to remove the same as may have been previously conveyed or reserved.
The above described tract is subject to all right-of-ways of records as may appear in the chain of title.
