LEGAL NOTICE 70 Damons Point Road, Marshfield, MA TOWN OF MARSHFIELD CONSERVATION COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In compliance with the Regulations of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the "Wetlands Protection Act", and Code of the Town of Marshfield, Chapter 294 Wetlands Protection, a public hearing will be held by the Marshfield Conservation Commission on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. in the Select Board's Hearing Room, 2nd Floor, Town Hall, 870 Moraine St., Marshfield, to consider the Notice of Intent filed by: Maryanne Leonard, Trustee, The Leonard / Filardi Family Trust, 70 Damons Point Road, Marshfield, M.A. for the replacement of an septic system at an existing single-family home within the buffer zone to a boarding vegetated wetland at 70 Damons Point Road, Marshfield, MA (F18-02-01) (Jesse). The public hearing will be conducted at the Marshfield Town Hall, Select Board's Chamber, 2nd Floor, 870 Moraine Street, Marshfield, Massachusetts. The Commission also informs the public that this public hearing may be conducted remotely as a consequence of the current public health emergency.
