TAKE NOTICE that on the 25th day of March, 2026, at 7:30 PM, a hearing will be held before the Borough of Bloomingdale Planning Board, in the Borough Hall, 101 Hamburg Turnpike,
Bloomingdale, N.J. 07403, on the VARIANCE application of David Barth and Cathleen Dennehy, for a variance from the requirements of the Borough of Bloomingdale Zoning Ordinance
92-47E, (1) (9) Front Yard Setback: 25 ft required - 33.9 ft existing, 15.9 ft proposed.
92-47E (1) (C) Rear Yard Setback: 25 ft required; 14.8 ft Existing; 19.6 ft proposed.
And such other variance relief as the Planning Board deems necessary to permit the following:
C(1) Variance based on shallow steep sloped lot along the lake which is further regulated by Glenwild Lake Association and the NJDEP Flood Hazard Area Act rules. This is to reconstruct a new 1-1/2 story dwelling in similar location as the existing, but conforming to the Glenwild Lake Association rules as well as the NJDEP Flood Hazard Area Acts rules.
The applicant's property is designated on the Borough Tax Maps as Block 4049, Lot 079, and is located at 126 Demarest Road, Bloomingdale, NJ 07403.
The application and plans are on file in the office of the Planning Board and are available for inspection during regular business hours.
Any interested party may appear at the hearing and participate therein.
