LEGAL NOTICE BOROUGH OF RINGWOOD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Ringwood for an extension of time on a variance approval previously granted on March 21, 2022 for the property located at 13 Catherine Court, also known as Block 903.02, Lot 5 on the Tax Map of the Borough of Ringwood. The original approval granted a 6' left side yard variance for the installation of an open deck with associated stairs. Due to delays in completing the project, the applicant is seeking an extension of the variance approval period. No new variances are being requested as part of this application. A public hearing on this application will be held before the Zoning Board of Adjustment on Monday, October 20, 2025 at 7:30 P.M. at the Ringwood Borough Hall, 60 Margaret King Avenue, Ringwood, New Jersey at which time all interested persons wil be given the opportunity to be heard.
