LEGAL NOTICE - BOROUGH OF RINGWOOD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an application has been made by JOSEPH DEVIVO as Applicant and DEVEREUX FOUNDATION as Owner, for variance from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance of the Borough of Ringwood to replace an existing deck with stairs at Block 739, Lot 1, 20 Skyline Lakes Drive, Ringwood, New Jersey. The variance requested is for a 10ft rear yard setback. The applicant also requests any other variances or waivers the Board deems necessary. A public hearing has been scheduled for Monday, April 20, 2026 at 7:30 P.M. at the Ringwood Borough Hall, 60 Margaret King Avenue, Ringwood, New Jersey. When the case is called, you may appear, either in person, or by agent or attorney and present any objections which you may have to the granting of the application. A copy of said application has been filed with the Land Use Secretary and can be viewed during regular business hours.
