LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF FRAMINGHAM NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: BORROWING- BROPHY & POTTER ROAD ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECTS MSBA ACCELERATED REPAIR PROGRAM A public hearing to hear public input on proposed borrowing for two roof replacement projects for Brophy and Potter Road Elementary Schools in the amount of $250,000 collectively ($125,000 each) to complete feasibility and schematic design, will be held by the City of Framingham City Council, and in accordance with the Home Rule Charter, Article VI, Section 6 on Tuesday January 27, 2026, beginning at 7:00PM. The meeting will be held both remotely and in person in the Blumer Room at Framingham City Hall, 150 Concord Street, Framingham, MA.
