LEGAL NOTICE COTUIT FIRE DISTRICT, MASSACHSUETTS REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS LEGAL NOTICE COTUIT FIRE DISTRICT, MASSACHSUETTS REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS The Cotuit Fire District requests Statements of Qualifications for Filed Subcontractors only for the prequalification of the Cotuit Fire Station Project in Cotuit, MA. This project is Ch. 149A CM-at-Risk project. Cotuit Fire Station renovation/addition construction project, located at 64 High Street, Cotuit, MA 02635. The existing two-story Fire Station at 64 High Street is 9,509 SF. The proposed new ground up structure will be 9,524 SF for a total gross SF of 19,033. The estimated construction duration is 14-18 months. Request for Qualification (RFQ) documents shall be available online at Projectdog.com on Wednesday, 2/18/2026 Documents are made available in electronic form at no cost. Hard copy of the RFQ documents may be purchased online. Neither Owner nor Project Manager shall be responsible for full or partial sets of the RFQ Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than Projectdog, Inc. All firms interested in responding to this RFQ must complete and submit the RFQ Interest Survey online at Projectdog.com prior to the submission deadline: 1. Select "Survey" on the Project Details page, 2. Indicate area(s) of interest, 3. Select "Save" to submit the completed RFQ Interest Survey. Respondents shall upload and submit their SOQ online at Projectdog.com. Hard copies will not be accepted by the Awarding Authority. Tutorials and instructions are available online at Projectdog.com. Respondents must be DCAMM certified and meet all requirements noted in the RFQ. Qualifications must be combined into one submission file in PDF format and uploaded to Projectdog, Inc for review by the specified deadline. Submissions received after the time and date established herein this notice shall not be accepted or considered, regardless of the cause of delay in the receipt of the submission. Submissions shall not be emailed, mailed, or faxed. Filed Subcontractor categories are Glazing & Storefronts. The Cotuit Fire District reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any informality in prequalification, and to accept or reject submissions as determined in the best interests of the Town.
