LEGAL NOTICE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION NEW JERSEY FOREST SERVICE Take notice that the NJ Department of Environmental Protection, New Jersey Forest Service has applied to the NJ Pinelands Commission to permit forest management activities on state owned land as identified below. The application is on file and available for inspection by appointment at the NJ Pinelands Commission's office.
