LEGAL NOTICE – FORFEITURE OF ABANDONED PROPERTY Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code (ORC) Section 2981.11, The Gahanna Division of Police has in its possession lost, abandoned, and unclaimed property at 460 Rocky Fork Boulevard, Gahanna, OH 43230. The Gahanna Division of Police wishes to return this property to the rightful owners. The property to be returned includes wallets, keys, electronic equipment, clothing, cash, bikes, tools and other miscellaneous property. Any Person with proof of ownership who wishes to make a claim for said abandoned property should contact the property officer within 30 days of this ad being posted. A review and release of any and all property is by appointment only through the Property Room at 614-342-4230.
