LEGAL NOTICE FRANCISCO ROMERO vs. BENIGNO PEREZ RODRIGUEZ BENIGNO PEREZ RODRIGUEZ otherwise is name is unknown, and address is BENIGNO PEREZ RODRIGUEZ , BENIGNO CONSTRUCTION LLC 252 S HAGUE AVENUE Columbus, Ohio 43204, otherwise whose address is unknown, will take notice that on November 11, 2025, the undersigned, Francisco Romero, filed a complaint in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, 245 S. High Street, Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio, 43215, Case Number 25CV-11-9769 alleging that on or around November 18, 2022, Plaintiff was employed by BENIGNO PEREZ RODRIGUEZ and while performance of duties incidental to and arising out of the course of his employment, injured himself; that a direct and proximate result of said injury, it was necessary for him to seek and obtain medical and hospital care and was disabled therefrom; and that following the aforementioned accidental happening, and within the time provided by law, he did file his application for payment of compensation and medical expenses, which application was assigned Claim No.22-205583. Plaintiff prays that a jury be impaneled and sworn to determine the rights of the Plaintiff to receive compensation and medical expenses; that he be awarded a finding that he is entitled to participate in the State or Self Insured Insurance Fund, and that such findings be certified through the Industrial Commission of Ohio and the Defendant, Administrator of the Bureau of Workers' Compensation, as provided for by law together with attorney fees and judgement for the costs of this action.
