NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Sections 7 and 8 of Chapter 40 of the Acts and Resolves of Massachusetts, 1963, the Sudbury Historic Districts Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 2, 2026 at 7:30 PM as a Virtual Meeting to consider the following applications:

Public Hearing – Case 26-17, 419 Concord Road (Assessor's Map G09-0013), Wilson Valdez, Applicant and Lisa Bishop Owner, seek a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace skylight, replace surrounding shingles, flashing and fix framing
