The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Successors, and Assigns of Daniel Shaffer (deceased), whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 5th day of August, 2025, the Plaintiff, Norma Shaffer filed her Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Licking County, Ohio, located at 75 E Main Street, Newark, Ohio 43055, with the above referenced case number. The Plaintiff alleges that the aforementioned Defendants have or claim to have an interest in real estate described in the Licking County Official Records as Parcel No. 041-126564-00.000, property address: 100 Harbor View Drive, Thornville, Ohio 43076. The object and demand for relief in the Complaint is the quieting of the title to the disputed property to the Plaintiff, free and clear of the Defendants and any other relief which the Court may deem just and necessary.
