LEGAL NOTICE Invitation for Bids Beverage Supplier/Sponsorship The Pekin Park District will receive sealed Request for Proposals for Beverage Supplier/Sponsorship until 1:00 p.m., December 8, 2025, at the Business Office of the Pekin Park District, 1701 Court Street, Pekin, IL 61554. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. Bid documents may be obtained at the Robert N. Blackwell Administration Building in the Business Office of the Pekin Park District, 1701 Court Street, Pekin, IL 61554. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Beverage Supplier/Sponsorship". For hand delivery of the bid documents, utilize the address of 1715 Dragon Drive, Pekin, IL to GPS the building location. For mailing the bid documents, utilize the address of 1701 Court Street, Pekin, IL. Contracts for work under this bid will obligate the vendor not to discriminate in employment practices. The Pekin Park District Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject all bids, waive irregularities in the bidding, and to award this bid in the best interest of the Pekin Park District.
