UNKNOWN EASTSIDE BUILDERS C/O BERNER AND BLOCK 173, LOT 20 IN THE BOROUGH OF BELMAR with regard to a legal action seeking the vesting of title to Block 173, Lot 20 in the Borough of Belmar by virtue of adverse possession. The plaintiff, named above, has filed a lawsuit against you in the Superior Court of New Jersey. The complaint attached to this notice states the basis for this lawsuit. If you dispute this complaint, you or your attorney shall promptly file the answer or written appearance and proof of service thereof in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Monmouth County, at 71 Monument Street, Freehold, New Jersey 07728, in accordance with the rules of civil practice and procedure.
