LEGAL NOTICE LICKING VALLEY LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – HIGH SCHOOL AUDITORIUM LIGHTING UPGRADE The Licking Valley Local School District ("District") is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide design, equipment, installation, programming, and commissioning of a modern lighting system for the Licking Valley High School Auditorium. The Request for Proposals (RFP), including detailed specifications and submission requirements, may be obtained from the District's website or by contacting: Whitney Malone at malonew@lacal.org. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope or as a secured electronic PDF and received by the District no later than: 12:00 PM (Noon) on Friday, January 30, 2026. All proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the best-value selection procedures outlined in the RFP. The District may request vendor presentations or clarification meetings as part of the evaluation process.
