LEGAL NOTICE LICKING VALLEY SCHOOL DISTRICT The Licking Valley Local School District Board of Education (the "District") is seeking proposals from entities interested in providing Mowing & Grounds Maintenance Services for District facilities. Entities may obtain the Request for Proposals (RFP) and submission requirements from the District's website or by contacting: Scott Beery, Superintendent 1379 Licking Valley Road NE, Newark, OH 43055 Email: beerys@lickingvalley.k12.oh.us Proposals must be submitted either electronically (PDF format) by email to beerys@lickingvalley.k12.oh.us or as a sealed hard copy delivered to the District Office, Licking Valley Local School District, 1379 Licking Valley Road NE, Newark, OH 43055. All proposals must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 21, 2026. The subject line for emailed proposals and the outer envelope for sealed bids must both state: "Sealed Bid – Mowing & Grounds Services." Proposals received after this date and time will not be accepted. The District will select the proposal deemed to be in its best interest in accordance with the procedures in the RFP.
