LEGAL NOTICE MARSHFIELD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A Public Hearing will be held by the MARSHFIELD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS at Marshfield Town Hall, 870 Moraine Street, Marshfield, MA on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 6:30 P.M. to consider the following: #25-57A: Sailors Valentine Trust: The Petitioner is seeking a Variance in accordance with §305-10.11 of the Marshfield Municipal Code for relief from §305-13.02.C2 to place approximately 203 cubic yards of compatible sand on the beach area under and around the existing dock to restore the beach elevation to previous levels, plant with marsh grass where possible and install fiber rolls to retain the newly paced nourishment and prevent erosion on the property located at 34 Marginal Street Rear which is further identified on the Assessors' Maps as being on parcel M05-10-15 and is located in an R-3 zoning district and Coastal Wetlands District.
