LEGAL NOTICE MARSHFIELD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A Public Hearing will be held by the MARSHFIELD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. to consider the following: #26-29: Susan Murphy - The Petitioner is seeking a Special Permit in accordance with §§ 305-9.02 and 305-10.12 of the Marshfield Municipal Code to allow for the construction of a new 27' x 16' addition with a 16' x 5' covered porch and a 14' x 13' open deck to the existing nonconforming single-family dwelling on the property located at 40 Woodlawn Circle, which is further identified on the Assessors' Maps as being on parcel I0-03-04 and is located in the R-2 Zoning District.
