LEGAL NOTICE MARSHFIELD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A Public Hearing will be held by the MARSHFIELD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. to consider the following: #26-33: Michael & Mary Cleary – The Petitioner is seeking a Special Permit in accordance with §§ 305-9.02 and 305-10.12 of the Marshfield Municipal Code to allow for the demolition of the existing nonconforming single-family dwelling and reconstruct a new 40' x 35' single-family dwelling with a 35' x 5' covered porch and associated egress landings and stairs on the property located at 16 Cricket Lane, which is further identified on the Assessors' Maps as being on parcel K11-09-11 and is located in the R-3 Zoning District Zoning District.
