LEGAL NOTICE MARSHFIELD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A Public Hearing will be held by the MARSHFIELD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. to consider the following: #26-36: Emmanuel Georgoudis - The Petitioner is seeking a Special Permit in accordance with §§ 305-9.02 and 305-10.12 of the Marshfield Municipal Code to allow for the demolition of the existing 667 square foot nonconforming single-family dwelling and reconstruction a new floodproofed 1,344 square foot single-family dwelling with a 6' x 32' covered porch and associated egress decks and stairs utilizing the existing nonconforming setbacks on the nonconforming property located at 11 Macarthur Lane, which is further identified on the Assessors' Maps as being on parcel L09-08-16 and is located in the R-3 Zoning District and the Floodplain Overlay District.
