LEGAL NOTICE MARSHFIELD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A Public Hearing will be held by the MARSHFIELD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. to consider the following: #26-38: William & Michelle Keyes – The Petitioner is seeking a Special Permit in accordance with §§ 305-9.02 and 305-10.12 of the Marshfield Municipal Code to allow for the construction of a new 25' x 15.5' one-story addition and 14' x 10' mudroom addition with associated egress decks and ramps to the existing nonconforming single-family dwelling on the nonconforming property located at 83 Ashburton Avenue, which is further identified on the Assessors' Maps as being on parcel M08-29-03 and is located in the R-3 Zoning District.
